The youth exchange “Digital Health Revolution” implemented on the 10th to 19th of January 2023, organized in Osterholz-Scharmbeck in Germany which included 42 youngsters from six different countries: Croatia, Spain, Italy, Greece, N. Macedonia, and Germany. A healthy life is not a goal, it is a lifestyle. We explored physical and mental health with you and young adults from Europe.
